Tax considerations of doing business in the Baltic States

All companies need cash either as debt or equity for its operations. The presentation therefore will focus on which of those two types of investments is more efficient from tax perspective in each of the Baltic States. The comparison will be in the light of the general tax framework in these countries. Practical examples and comparisons of different forms of business entities from tax perspective will be highlighted.
